How to order

Masonic & Corporate Orders

  1. Please order as soon as you have chosen which gift you require, even if your function is several months ahead. Order the maximum number of gifts you estimate you will require and confirm your exact quantities 2 weeks prior to your delivery date.
  2. Please add the colour wrapping paper required from the drop down list in each product section.
  3. Make sure you enter your required delivery date and also your function date, so stock can be allocated to you.
  4. Deliveries to your function venue can be made, please ensure you enter the full address and contact name when ordering.
  5. Samples can be ordered by telephoning 01202 769554. Samples must be returned within 14 days for a credit (less carriage).

Personalised Glassware

  1. Please allow 7 days delivery from receipt of approved artwork depending on quantities.
  2. Artwork must be supplied: 600 Dpi either as Tiff, EPS or in Adobe Illustrator (No JPEGS please).
  3. Please send artwork to sales@porreda.com when placing your order. Any queries please contact the sales team on 00 44 (0) 1202 769554
  4. Gift wrapping is not included with this service.
  5. Samples will be charged for, but credited (less carriage) if returned within 14 days.
  6. No minimum requirement unless stated.

Masonic Jewellery

  1. Providing the gift is in stock, we will arrange for despatch to the address of your choice usually within 48 hours of receiving your order. Allow 5 working days for delivery. Some orders however, may take up to 14 days to complete but you will be notified if delays are anticipated.
  2. For rings and personalised jewellery please allow 30 days for delivery.
