Making A Purchase Porreda accepts orders over the internet and will confirm these have been received by sending an email back to you immediately. In this email we will include your order, your name, address, delivery address and the cost.

PLACING AN ORDER:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Please order as soon as you have chosen which gift you require, even if your function is not for several months. Order the maximum number you think will be required and confirm numbers 2 weeks before your delivery date. (4 weeks for personalised gifts.)
Please Note. If you are unsure of your exact numbers, please telephone your order into the office or select pro forma in payment options and contact us directly with your payment details.

HOW TO PAY:

We accept all major credit cards excluding American Express. We use Actinic Pay for all credit card transactions and full payment will be taken on placing your order. If you wish to pay with an alternative method or are unsure of your exact numbers, select pro forma payment and please contact us 01202 769554 with your payment details and 50% deposit will be taken.

LATE PAYMENTS:

The company reserves the right to charge interest on all accounts not settled within the agreed settlement terms as above. Interest rate charges will be 1% above the current base rate.
All fees incurred in the recovery of monies due to Porreda Gifts will be charged to 'You' the customer in full.

RETENTION OF TITLE:

All goods remain the property of Porreda Gifts until they are paid for in full.

WRAPPING:

Gifts are individually wrapped free of charge in Gold, Silver, Blue, Pink, Green or Red. Please specify when placing an order. (Gifts will be wrapped in Gold if no specification is made on order). (Excluding Personalised Glassware, Promotional Merchandise & Commemorative Gifts - or unless stated).

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS:

We have tried to give an accurate impression of all the gifts but some items may vary slightly in colour and size. Manufacturers may make changes of designs from time to time which are therefore beyond our control. Any change we consider to be significant will be notified in advance where possible. Please note - all references to silver and gold are a colour guide only unless otherwise stated.
The company reserve the right to alter any prices or specification at any time without notice and all goods are sold subject to price and conditions at the time of delivery.

SIZES:

Where possible all sizes are shown in centremeters, these are approximate and may vary slightly, as may colours and designs.

SECURITY:

We do not pass any confidential information over the internet.
ALL of your personal details and any orders details you submit to us, will remain in an encrypted format on our server. Only we can read them with the use of a password.



When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule Please enter your required delivery date in delivery instructions when placing your order. All orders are despatched by overnight carrier, except those shown in 'Gift Delivery'. The carrier will need a signature for your order and goods will not be left without this. Delivery with Interlink is Monday to Friday from 8am until 12noon.

FREE for orders over £150 excl vat, otherwise our standard delivery is only £5.50 - £8.50 to UK Mainland Addresses. (Excluding Personalised Glassware & Commemorative Gifts) or those outside UK Mainland will be charged delivery at cost. Saturday delivery available. See 'Gift Delivery' section for all prices.

Guarantee All orders carry a statutory 14 day money back guarantee (excluding any postage costs). Goods must be returned within 14 days in their original condition and packaging for a full refund or replacement. We will only accept up to 10% returns on unused gifts, provided they are returned unopened and undamaged within 14 days after receipt of goods. (This does not apply to engraved gifts and special orders which do not appear in our catalogue or showroom.)
Returns must be sent with proof of delivery; we are not responsible for goods lost in the post.
Important - Porreda Gifts is not responsible for goods left at the function venue for collection and credit. It is the responsibility of 'You' the customer to return the goods directly to our premises. (See 'Contact Us' for our address).



DAMAGED GOODS:

Any goods damaged in transit must be notified within 48 hours of receipt and Porreda will arrange for collection. No claims for short/damaged deliveries can be entertained unless the Company receives written notification within 3 working days.

The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please telephone 01202 769554 for instructions on returning damaged or unsatisfactory items.

PLEASE NOTE - Excludes engraved or personalised items and rings (these are made to order) and due to hygiene reasons, earrings can only be exchanged or refunded if they are found to be faulty. Any delivery charges will not be refunded and you are responsible for any delivery costs to return the goods to our office.
