Making A Purchase ORDER NOW, CONFIRM NUMBERS 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR FUNCTION DATE,
(4 weeks for personalised gifts).
Porreda accepts orders over the internet and will confirm these have been received by sending an email back to you immediately. In this email we will include your order, your name, address, delivery address and the cost inclusive of VAT, but not including any delivery charges which may apply. This email is not confirmation of price and availability; it is an automated email from our website. We will email an order confirmation with the total price including delivery if under 35 pieces (see 'Gift Delivery' for more details) and for one off orders and samples the price will be adjusted to the recommended retail price(see 'Pricing' below). Where it states 'quantity price' next to each product item, quantity means 15 pieces or more per order. Less than 15 pieces the RRP will be charged unless 'single gift price' is stated. The total price and availability will be shown on this order confirmation, we will also issue you with an order number to make it easier for us to find your order, should you need to contact us.

PLACING AN ORDER:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Please order as soon as you have chosen which gift you require, even if your function is not for several months. Order the maximum number you think will be required and confirm numbers 2 weeks before your delivery date. (4 weeks for personalised gifts.)

PAYMENT FOR QUANTITY AND GLASSWARE ORDER:

Please select which payment method you require:
Invoice with order - You will receive a Sales Order Confirmation by email; a 50% deposit is required to secure your order either by cheque, BACS or credit card. Cheques made payable to Porreda Ltd. Bank details available on request. Full payment required within 7 days after the despatch date.
Credit Card Payment - You will receive a Sales Order Confirmation by email. A 50% deposit will be taken to secure your order and balance will be taken on despatch of gifts.

PAYMENT FOR SINGLE GIFT ORDERS:

Full payment must be made before despatch of goods either by cheque, BACS or credit card. Cheques made payable to Porreda Ltd. Bank details available on request.

We accept all major credit cards except American Express. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or over the Internet. Please note. When entering your credit card information on our website we use an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) it is an encrypted link between our server and your browser. Once the link is established all communication between our Server and your browser will remain confidential. We take your payment in our office and do not use an external payment system.

LATE PAYMENTS:

The company reserves the right to charge interest on all accounts not settled within the agreed settlement terms as above. Interest rate charges will be 1% above the current base rate.
All fees incurred in the recovery of monies due to Porreda Ltd will be charged to 'You' the customer in full.

RETENTION OF TITLE:

All goods remain the property of Porreda Ltd until they are paid for in full.

PRICING:

The prices quoted are for order quantities of 15 assorted pieces of more, below this number and for sample orders the RRP will be charged. Samples must be returned within 14 days for a credit (less carriage). If you wish to keep the samples and place an order, the sample costs will be reduced to the quantity price, but if no order is placed an invoice will be issued at the full RRP.

WRAPPING:

Gifts are individually wrapped in Gold, Silver, Blue, Pink or Red. Please specify when placing an order. (Gifts will be wrapped in Gold if no specification is made on order). Gift cards orders must be confirmed quantities when placing your order and these cannot be returned as part of our 10% returns policy.

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS:

We have tried to give an accurate impression of all the gifts but some items may vary slightly in colour and size. Manufacturers may make changes of designs from time to time which are therefore beyond our control. Any change we consider to be significant will be notified in advance where possible. Please note - all references to silver and gold are a colour guide only unless otherwise stated.
The company reserve the right to alter any prices or specification at any time without notice and all goods are sold subject to price and conditions at the time of delivery.

SIZES:

Where possible all sizes are shown in centremeters, these are approximate and may vary slightly, as may colours and designs.

SECURITY:

We do not pass any confidential information over the internet.
ALL of your personal details and any orders details you submit to us, will remain in an encrypted format on our server. Only we can read them with the use of a password. As described in Payment Section above.



When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule Please enter your required delivery date in delivery instructions when placing your order. All orders are despatched by overnight carrier, except those shown in 'Gift Delivery'. The carrier will need a signature for your order and goods will not be left without this. Delivery with FedEx is Monday to Friday from 8am until 5.30pm. Delivery is free for gift orders over 35 pieces (for UK Mainland only). Orders under 35 pieces or those outside UK Mainland will be charged delivery at cost. Saturday delivery available. See 'Gift Delivery' section for all prices.
Tax Charges Prices are quoted including VAT, Value Added Tax will be charged on all goods at the current rate applicable at the date of invoice.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee All orders carry a statutory 14 day money back guarantee (excluding any postage costs). Goods must be returned within 14 days in their original condition and packaging for a full refund or replacement. We will only accept up to 10% returns on unused gifts, provided they are returned unopened and undamaged within 7 days after your function. (This does not apply to engraved gifts and special orders which do not appear in our catalogue or showroom.)
Returns must be sent with proof of delivery; we are not responsible for goods lost in the post.
Important - Porreda Ltd is not responsible for goods left at the function venue for collection and credit. It is the responsibility of 'You' the customer to return the goods directly to our premises. (See 'Contact Us' for our address).


DAMAGED GOODS:

Any goods damaged in transit must be notified within 48 hours of receipt and Porreda will arrange for collection. No claims for short/damaged deliveries can be entertained unless the Company receives written notification within 3 working days.

Privacy Policy Porreda Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
