Is ordering online safe?
When you complete your purchase your personal information, including credit card details, is protected by industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This encrypts all data transfers between your browser and our server. If you are concerned we will accept telephone orders and faxed orders. To achieve the most efficient online ordering, select 'invoice with order' in payment methods and proceed to the checkout. We will then email the order confirmation and you can either phone with your credit card details or send a cheque made payable to Porreda Ltd. Once the link is established all communication between our Server and your browser will remain confidential. We take your payment in our office and do not use an external payment system.
Can I order Samples?
Yes, they are sent out at the full Recommended Retail Price (RRP) plus postage and must be returned within 14 days for a credit (less carriage). If you wish to keep the samples and place an order, the sample costs will be reduced to the quantity price, but if no order is placed an invoice will be issued at the full RRP.
How can i track my order?
If I order a selection of gifts, how will I know how to identify them if want the same colour wrapping paper?
We can code the gifts discreetly (if requested) and a note of identification will be included.
How is an order billed?
Either by Credit Card or Invoice with Order - See 'Terms and Conditions' for further information.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
For quantity orders a 50% deposit is required to allocate your stock requirements.
When do I pay the balance?
Full payment must be made before despatch.
For credit card orders payment will be taken in full on despatch automatically.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards except American Express.
We also accept cheques made payable to Porreda Gifts. If paying by cheque we will despatch your order when the cheque has cleared. If you wish to pay by BACS, please contact us for bank details.
How do I remove or change quantities for a product from my basket?
If you click on "What's in my Basket" at the top right of the screen you can amend quantities or remove an item from your basket
How will I know my order has been received?
We will E-Mail you when your order has been received. We will also E-Mail you with a Sales Order to confirm we have allocated your stock requirements.
Can my gifts be personalised?
Yes if suitable, this option is available when ordering your gifts. Please enter your engraving requirements. If no engraving option is offered, then personalisation is not available. Printed gift cards are also available with your personal message for insertion in each gift, please choose design and write your message in checkout.
What will happen if my order amount changes?
Advise us 2 weeks before your delivery date and a revised sales order confirmation will be emailed to you immediately.
I don't know how many gifts I will need for my function, what do I do?
Order the maximum number of gifts you envisage you may need and confirm your final quantities 2 weeks prior to your delivery date.
What can I do if I have gifts left over after my function?
To help prevent this happening, numbers can be confirmed up to 2 weeks prior to your delivery date. However we will accept up to 10% returns provided they are returned unopened and undamaged within 7 days of your function date.
How long does delivery take?
If the gifts are in stock they can be wrapped and sent out within 48 hours on receipt of payment. Some orders however, may take up to 14 days to complete but you will be notified if delays are anticipated.
Can the gifts be invoiced to me but sent to a different address?
Yes, make sure you tick appropriate box under shipping destination, whilst at checkout. Please note.
The carrier will need a signature for your order and goods will not be left without one. Monday - Friday before 12 noon, Saturday delivery available 9am-12 noon (at an extra charge).
What do you do with my personal information?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service and keep you updated on our latest products and news. If you subsequently decide you no longer wish to receive our newsletters you will be given the option to unsubscribe from our mailing list.

How much is shipping and packing?
Delivery is free for gift orders over £150.00 (for UK Mainland only). Orders under £150.00 or those outside UK Mainland will be charged delivery at cost. Saturday delivery available. For all shipping costs click here
Can I collect an order from your warehouse?
You are welcome to collect your order from our warehouses in Bournemouth during our office hours of 10am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. Please ring us before hand so we can ensure your order is ready.
